June 2017 Memory Keeping | Traveler Notebook
Hello Friends! Excited to keep sharing my 2017 Traveler Notebook. June is always a fun month and when the TN gets a little fuller ;) It starts off with my birthday and it was a BIG one! 50! I was spoiled with Alex and Ani jewelry, and time with family at the beach, one of my favorite places, besides Disney! I saved some of the packaging, and stapled them together to keep them.
I love this spread above, it was created when I was a guest with Scrapbook Circle last year.
Wanted to keep more memorabilia, so spread out the photos from that day.
Then the next day, I served as a small group leader for VBS. It was both exhausting and a blessing. Saved some of the stickers I got from the kids, my tag and tucked them under the photo on the left.
Love seeing my chickadee dance at recitals. Sadly, the year after this, we had to stop dance because she had so much homework, she had no time for anything outside of school. So glad this year is different and more balanced.
Emma has quite a mind, and I had to take a photo of her 'list,' aka birthday wishlist ;) And if you haven't noticed, I lost a LOT of weight, and I documented it throughout my TN. I saved my two Amy Tan shirts, and was able to fit into them again here.
Crops were pretty much the only time I worked on personal work like this, so glad that will be changing. So excited and inspired to get back to what I love and reconnecting with the relationships I've made through this amazing hobby.
Last two-page spread. This one does tie into July, but still kept it in June. I think my favorite thing about that page on the right is stapling the cactus paperclips!
Thank you so much as always for stopping by. Will be back with more to share. Already thinking, now that I'm getting back to my hobby, is how do I want to finish up 2018? Looking forward to figuring it out!
