Next Princess Is...and Scrapping the Music's next Challenge...

Inspired by Scrapping the Music's next challenge song "Heaven When We're Home" by the Wailin Jennys.

Journaling:  I found out about a new school from a friend.  We, Emma and I, went to visit.  The school is new and numbers are low and Emma was really ready for school at 2 1/2.  But she was not ready to be away from us.  For about 2 and 1/2 months, I stayed until she was comfortable.  She was not able to go upstairs and do the work she can do because she is not potty trained, but she does love Ms. Celess downstairs.  It is a temporary school, but it gave her the confidence she needed.  As soon as it was time to leave for school, anxiety, and uncertainty would come over her.  Thanks to Ms. Celess for helping.

I used a combination of Studio Calico's kits:  Into the Woods and Singing in the Rain

And the next princess is...(it's a surprise each week...they get so excited...too cute)
They get a little princess book (just for the class) to find the princess they are dressed as...she has said it a few times that Cinderella is her favorite, but she usually picks Ariel...she's fickle...but she is loving this...
She has always loved getting in the middle of the class to do her tippy toe spin and curtsy, but for princess ballet, they get to hold a special princess wand...
No dance to learn with this class...but they still learn the different ballet poses and dances...
A special flower to...
...practice some ballet dance (I've decided to just make one big video like I've done before, so that'll have to wait)
And then it's time to hug Cinderella goodbye...
VERY proud of how I can now let her go off on her own in class AND she's sharing the doll so well with the other girls.
They return their dresses and then get to pick something out of the "treasure chest" to keep forever and ever...she's checking herself out with the princess headband she got...
Yep...she wrote her name on her tag ;)
