Evelin T Designs | Chinese New Year Envelopes

I'm so excited to announce that I am joining the Evelin T Designs creative team!!  I have known Evelin for several years and we have met a few times at CHA (now known as Creativation).  I remember seeing her illustrations and first stamps with other manufacturers...I knew she would succeed and now has her own proud of her!  I love supporting creative friends in the industry.  I will be creating memory keeping with her stamps as well as papercrafts.  Today, I am up on the Evelin T Designs blog sharing Chinese New Year Envelopes inspired by one of her stamps.  You can read more here.

This is a special Chinese New Year for our family... this is the second time around since Emma was born for the year to be the rat!  So since this is her year, I wanted something fun to fill the large envelope I cut from the Silhouette.  I found this rat bookmark pattern...perfect!  So I crocheted him and he fits just right in this envelope.

I combined two stamp sets to create these envelopes.  That little mouse is the cutest and my inspiration!  For the die cut pieces in the center I used Waffle Flower Crafts Lacy Flower Mats Die Cuts (no longer available), but so perfect for this project, I had to use them!

He's a cute little fella!  I think heat embossing him in gold really changes this to be able to use all year long for any occasion!  Details on the Evelin T Designs blog.  Thank you so much for stopping by!!!
